6. Membership Subscription Terms

6.1 Trial Policy

To help you better understand our services, the system provides a certain period of free trial experience. During the trial period, you can fully experience all system functions. After the trial period ends, if you wish to continue using the services, please subscribe to a paid plan that suits you.

6.2 Payment and Refund Policy

• After users confirm subscription and complete payment, the system will immediately activate the corresponding services
• We recommend that you fully utilize our free trial period before payment to ensure the services meet your needs. To ensure service stability and sustainability, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of usage duration or experience
• Users can cancel automatic renewal for the next period at any time in account settings. After cancellation, the current service period is not affected, and services will automatically terminate after expiration

6.3 Content Generation Statement

• All image content provided by this system is generated by advanced artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, designed to provide high-quality visual materials that comply with cross-border e-commerce platform specifications
• Once AI-generated image content is completed, no cancellation, modification, or regeneration services are provided. This is because the AI generation process consumes significant computing resources and the generation results are random, making it impossible to guarantee identical output
• Due to the characteristics of AI generation technology, image effects may differ from your expectations due to various factors such as input parameter settings, inherent algorithm limitations, and training data differences. This does not constitute a reason for refund. We recommend that you carefully adjust parameters before generation to obtain results that best meet your needs
• We will continuously optimize AI algorithms and generation models to improve the quality and accuracy of generated content, providing you with a better service experience

6.4 Service Termination Terms

Users can terminate services at any time through account settings. After service termination, users will lose access to all paid functions of the system, but already generated content still belongs to the user.

Our services are provided "as is" without any form of warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
